📄 Minimum Requirements & Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for one of the 5 Sasol Learnership 2026 seats, applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • South African citizen with valid ID.
  • Completed Matric / Grade 12.
  • Unemployed or entry-level (0–1 year work experience acceptable).
  • Strong communication and basic computer literacy are beneficial.
  • Willingness to commit full-time for 12 months at one of the specified Sasol locations (Secunda, Sandton or Sasolburg).

Desirable but not mandatory (advantageous):

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (especially in business, finance, HR or related fields).
  • Prior exposure or interest in administration, office support or corporate environment.
