📄 Minimum Requirements & Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for one of the 5 Sasol Learnership 2026 seats, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- South African citizen with valid ID.
- Completed Matric / Grade 12.
- Unemployed or entry-level (0–1 year work experience acceptable).
- Strong communication and basic computer literacy are beneficial.
- Willingness to commit full-time for 12 months at one of the specified Sasol locations (Secunda, Sandton or Sasolburg).
Desirable but not mandatory (advantageous):
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (especially in business, finance, HR or related fields).
- Prior exposure or interest in administration, office support or corporate environment.
