Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for the programme, you should meet the following:
- South African citizen or permanently eligible to work in South Africa.
- Hold a diploma or degree in one of: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply-Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration (or related)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-handling skills. You should be comfortable working with structured processes, attention to detail, and able to communicate clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data-analysis tools (additional WMS/ERP exposure advantageous).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing/logistics environment; able to follow safety protocols and operate in a hands-on setting.
- Advantageous: previous exposure to warehouse or supply-chain operations, familiarity with WMS/ERP systems, and/or participation in other work-readiness or learnership programmes.
