Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 10 – Grade 12 (Matric preferred)
- Valid PSIRA Grade C or higher
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work shifts
- No criminal record
- Ability to work under pressure
- Previous security experience will be an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
Security Officers at Fidelity Services Group will perform the following tasks:
- Guarding and protecting company premises
- Monitoring access control at entrances and exits
- Conducting patrols around the property
- Reporting suspicious activities or incidents
- Ensuring safety procedures are followed
- Assisting employees and visitors when needed
Security officers are expected to remain alert and maintain professional conduct while on duty.
